Nice to have a microwave, a sofa bed, and an iron available. The venue has best possible and comfortable setting close to the river.

The location was marvellous right in the town centre. Furthermore, we where adjacent to the harbour, shops restaurants and the harbour and central Dartmouth.

Perfect and absolutely incredible location really close to the waterfront and the beaches, everything modern. Separate bedroom along with kitchen. Location right in the town centre. Met requests, can recommend.

Travelled with my dad and everything was modern. They had available an iron with ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV set, thoroughly enjoyed that.

Great spot! Super close to central shopping, nice beaches, golf course, and the waterfront. Plus, you've got shops nearby. The host, Matt, really knows how to make you feel right at home! 🌟

We got great value for our money with this apartment. It felt like a home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The location was perfect, just a couple of hundred yards from the river front and all the shops and restaurants. The private parking space at the rear of the property was a huge bonus. Special shoutout to Matt, the owner, who provided excellent advice, help, and communication throughout our stay.
The only thing that could make breakfast better would be a wider variety of breakfast items.

Excellent facilities including washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and towels. Spotlessly clean with modern beach vibe decorations. Conveniently located near quayside and Co-op. Accommodating and helpful host. Strongly recommended for couples or families.
